Learning the Self-Application of Gynecological Osteopathy

Individual 1:1-course

For women who want to understand their bodies better, support themselves – and heal.

This unique one-on-one course combines the principles of osteopathy with mindful guidance for self-treatment.
It is designed for women who wish to take personal responsibility for their health – whether due to geographical distance, financial considerations, or a desire for greater autonomy.
In a safe and respectful environment, you’ll learn how to connect with, understand, and support your pelvis and pelvic organs using osteopathically inspired techniques.

What to expect – structure of the 2-hour course:

  • Medical history & personal consultation:
We take time to listen to your story. What brings you here? What do you need?
  • Anatomy & physiology:
You’ll receive a clear, respectful and individualized introduction to the structures and functions of your pelvic anatomy and gynecological health.
  • Individual osteopathic assessment:
Together we observe what your body reveals – with calm, empathy and professional expertise.
  • Tailored exercise program:
Based on your needs, we create a personalized set of exercises that may include:

    1. Breathing and body awareness practices
    2. Gentle external techniques for the abdominal area
    3. Mobilization exercises for the pelvis, spine, and organs
    4. Guidance for internal self-touch and treatment (Touché) – with feedback and support, if desired

This session is not a standardized treatment, but a very personal space – mindful, osteopathically informed, and tailored just for you.

Your physical and emotional well-being is at the center. It’s not just about doing, but about feelingunderstanding, and connecting with your body.

Important Note: The treatment methods used in my practice are derived from experiential medicine. In particular, there are still no randomized, controlled studies or comprehensive meta-analyses. Success in experiential medical therapy forms cannot be guaranteed in every case.
