Osteopathy, for me, is a mindful, respectful, and empathetic form of therapy that views individuals as whole beings. The goal of osteopathy is to support people on their journey towards balance and their center.

This osteopathic approach is an invitation to self-determination, self-empowerment, and inner growth. The foundation for this guidance is a solid education and experience of the osteopath.

  • My practice is a place where we, as therapists, meet each other as equals and are in constant communication. Mindfulness, listening, empathy, and understanding are important pillars for even being able to understand people. To achieve this, we have built a team with various therapeutic approaches that specifically cater to your needs. Our goal is to treat the whole person and not just individual diagnoses.

  • Since 2013, I have been a lecturer for osteopathy at Hochschule Fresenius, the only accredited bachelor’s program in Germany.

    I teach the following subjects:

    • Osteopathic treatment of the spine
    • Osteopathic treatment of the pelvis and sacrum
    • Osteopathic treatment of the chest, heart, and lungs
    • Osteopathic treatment of the entire digestive tract
    • Osteopathic treatment of the liver, gallbladder, spleen, and pancreas
    • Case studies, which involve real-life examples to help students learn to think and treat osteopathically in a holistic manner.

Additionally, since 2011, I have been a lecturer for Physiotape courses on the application of Kinesio Tape.
